Episode #44: What Do You Risk by Being Overly Flexible with Very Little Structure During the Pandemic?

What Do You Risk by Being Overly Flexible with Very Little Structure During the Pandemic?

Introduction to Episode:

Right now, in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic, it can feel like you’ve lost all control over your life.

Things feel chaotic, uncertain, and many of us find ourselves facing challenges we never dreamed we’d face in this lifetime.

Our routines have been interrupted drastically at home and at work!  Where we had boundaries previously there doesn’t seem to be any and where there were no boundaries there are more!

In this episode we talk about how to manage the tension between structure and flexibility, which is extremely important if you are an overwhelmed leader who feels lost in the chaos and constant change, unable to make choices and feel as though nothing’s getting done.

You want to not only survive this pandemic but thrive as a leader both at work and at home. Thriving leaders manage the tension between having structure and being flexible.  This leaves them feeling safe and with a sense of control in life.  They feel like they are accomplishing something, achieving the goals they’ve established, and getting the results they desire. Thriving leaders can also cope when they are feeling challenged by all the change or restrictions they are experiencing.

You want to thrive and have those experiences, right?

We talk about how you too can have all of it in this episode.

We hope you’ll listen!
