In this third and final episode of our 3-part series, we talk about Caring for Each Other and how you can spend more time caring for each other in your leadership teams as fellow leaders and friends.

We know that new leaders feel incredibly lonely as they have been literally "thrown in" into leadership roles with minimal management experience and have so much to navigate through the constant stress and change. In fact, it's not uncommon for most healthcare leaders these days to "feel alone."

The other thing is that healthcare leaders often feel isolated because they have a fear of being seen as weak, especially when leaders have been indoctrinated to become strong, so there's a fear of saying we need to "Care for Each Other."
